My 45-minute Mat Pilates class is designed to provide a comprehensive workout that enhances strength, flexibility, and balance. I always start with a warm-up to prepare your body and mind, followed by a Pilates routine. Each session concludes with a stretching segment to promote relaxation and muscle recovery. This balanced approach ensures you leave each class feeling rejuvenated and empowered.
