About Danielle
Hi, I’m Danielle, founder of Soulful Skate Co. and a bit of a longboard and surfskate nerd. My skating journey began in 2015 during my university days, evolving from a whim purchase to a full-blown love for skating. Along the way, I’ve connected with amazing communities, explored beautiful places, and developed a deep passion for teaching others. In 2020, I co-founded @BristolGirlsLongboard and as a @longboardgirlscrew UK Ambassador and global staff, I’ve had the privilege of organising events like the Push Forward Fest and even featuring in the film Beyond Bo(a)rders. Since starting Soulful Skate Co. in January 2024, I have taught hundreds of adults and children and feel very lucky to say I get to talk about all things skating for work. Whether I’m teaching longboarding or surfskating, my goal is to make skating fun, accessible, and empowering for everyone.

My lessons are all about having fun while learning or improving your longboarding or surfskating skills! Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to master advanced techniques, I’ll help you feel confident, balanced, and ready to roll. For longboarding, I teach everything from beginner foundations to longboard dancing, freestyle tricks, pump track flow, and sliding (freeride and downhill). For surfskating, you’ll learn pumping, carving, and advanced moves on pump tracks or bowls at the skatepark. Lessons are open to adults and kids and designed to be supportive, energising, and tailored to your goals. Expect lots of laughs, great vibes, and a love for skating that’s seriously addictive. Safety is always a priority, and we make progress at your pace. Let’s get rolling!
