Namaste! I am a certified yoga instructor practicing in Mysore, Bharat—the historical heart of traditional yoga. I am passionate about sharing authentic, mind-body wellness in a professional, welcoming, and safe online space.
My teaching is grounded in rigorous education from premier institutions, including MDNIY, S-VYASA, and Yoga with Srinatha. This unique background allows me to seamlessly blend classical scriptural wisdom with a scientific, therapeutic approach to human anatomy.
I specialize in Traditional Hatha, the Ashtanga Primary Series, Therapeutic Yoga, and Pranayama Meditation. Because every body is unique, I customize each class to your specific goals—whether you want to build dynamic strength and power, or need gentle, therapeutic variations for physical limitations.

Grounded in the authentic lineage of traditional yoga from Bharat, my classes offer a complete mind-body practice adapted to your personal goals and physical limitations.
We begin each session with an opening prayer and mantra to center your focus, followed by dynamic warm-ups and introductory breathing exercises to prepare the joints and muscles. Next, we build vitality through Surya Namaskar before moving into targeted asana practice. Every posture is carefully adjusted with variations to accommodate injuries, stiffness, or specific health conditions, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
Following our physical practice, you will recharge in deep Savasana relaxation before we transition into dedicated Pranayama breathwork. We conclude with a peaceful ending prayer to leave you grounded, refreshed, and balanced. This class is suitable for adults of all fitness levels seeking physical alignment, therapeutic recovery, and mental peace.
