Hello and welcome! My name is Keerthana, and I am a certified yoga instructor from India, now based in Paris. I specialize in authentic Hatha Yoga, meditation, breathwork (pranayama), and advanced yoga offering classes in English and soon in French. With several years of experience guiding students of all levels, I create personalized sessions to help you feel stronger, more relaxed, and mentally clear. Definitely, I will help you feel the true essence of Yoga. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to deepen your practice, my approach is gentle, mindful, and rooted in the traditional philosophy of yoga.
