About Maha
Hi, I’m Maha — a Lebanese mother, and someone who knows what it feels like to be lost, overwhelmed, and quietly hurting.
In my own healing journey, I discovered the quiet strength that comes from within — through therapy, deep self-connection, and the gentle rewiring of old patterns. It wasn’t quick or easy, but it was real. And it changed everything.
Now, as a certified hypnotherapist, I offer a calm, caring space where you can feel safe, supported, and slowly start to feel like you again.

As a certified hypnotherapist with training in NLP, I guide you through gentle yet powerful hypnotherapy techniques that help you relax the conscious mind and access the subconscious. From there, we work together on releasing limiting beliefs and affirming new one.
