Hello! I’m Laura — a certified Holistic Yoga Teacher dedicated to creating meaningful, healing experiences through the practice of Yoga. My approach is both grounded and intuitive. I combine traditional techniques with a deep sensitivity to each student’s needs — offering a safe and nurturing space for growth, release, and reconnection. Whether you’re completely new to Yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I’ll guide you with presence, care and clarity. My classes are available in both English and Portuguese, and I welcome students of all levels, ages, and backgrounds. I truly believe Yoga is for everyone — and I’m here to help you feel more calm, connected, and empowered on and off the mat.

I’m a certified Holistic Yoga Teacher (CRICOS & Yoga Alliance) offering online classes in both English and Portuguese.
My teaching blends movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation, tailored to your energy, level and needs — whether you’re a beginner or looking to go deeper.
Each session lasts 60 minutes and includes time to check in, practice, and integrate. My approach is mindful, inclusive, and focused on healing, presence, and personal growth.
Classes are suitable for all levels and ages, especially those seeking emotional balance, flexibility, and inner calm.
