About Shilpa
Hey everyone! I am a certified health coach, certified nutritionist and a fitness trainer. I am also a certified zumba instructor. I have 5+ years of experience in training/coaching clients from various background. I offer personal training, group fitness classes, nutrition counselling and corporate wellness programs.
While I train clients from all gender, I especially specialise in women's fitness. I believe workouts should be fun and interesting. That's why my sessions include a variety of formats.

Staying fit and healthy shouldn't feel like a punishment. It's an amazing and empowering decision that one can make. That's why my workouts include a variety of formats from circuit training to HIIT, tabata, dance fitness, core workouts and barre inspired workouts to make your exercise experience fun and effective. We will have both body weight and light weight sessions.
My services include: Personal training, Group fitness classes & Nutrition coaching. Each personal training session will be tailored to meet your goals and requirements. We will first discuss your goals, medical history, existing injuries(if any), your fitness experience, if any (You don't need to have any experience to join my sessions.)
I take a holistic approach with my nutrition coaching. I encourage my clients to eat locally, seasonally grown whole foods and incorporate wellness techniques to achieve their health goals. I offer customised diet plan that can be tweaked according to your progress.
