About Meg
I’m a certified 200-hour Hatha yoga instructor trained at the AyurYoga Eco-Ashram in Mysore, India. My practice emphasizes mindful breathwork throughout the whole practice to encounter deep rest from silence. I teach students of all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, guiding them with supportive instruction. I focus on alignment, breath awareness, and cultivating calm energy, helping each student build strength, flexibility, and balance while developing a practice that is right for their body.

My classes begin with pranayama breathwork to center the mind and body, followed by a gentle warm-up and flowing sequence to build strength and flexibility. We then move into holding asanas for around one minute, focusing on alignment, awareness, and breath. Each session concludes with savasana, a deep relaxation to integrate the practice and leave you feeling calm and rejuvenated. Lessons are tailored to each student’s level, whether beginner or experienced, informed by traditional Hatha methodology and led with mindful, supportive guidance.
