About Heather
As a Certified Happy For No Reason Trainer, I am passionate about sharing with others how to build and sustain their Inner Home for Happiness and truly be ... Happy For No Reason! I have been certified by Marci Shimoff, #1 NY Times bestselling author, world-renowned transformational teacher/speaker, an expert on happiness, success and unconditional love. Her NY Times bestselling books Happy for No Reason, Love for No Reason and six titles in the Chicken Soup for the Woman’s Soul series have sold more than 15 million copies. She’s also a featured teacher in the movie The Secret, and a member of the International Leadership Council. I am a mother, bookkeeper, Treasurer for several sporting organizations and had the privilege of teaching the in car instruction of driver's education. I am passionate, compassionate, understanding, accepting and 100% value confidentiality. What I love sharing most is what it takes to be truly happy in life, and to assist others to create and live from their very own Inner Home for Happiness, and to be .... As a Certified Happy For No Reason Trainer I help students to live happy, authentic, confident lives so that they can focus on achieving their goals and aspirations without stress.
I struggled myself when preparing to leave high school and beyond, to know what was right for me and how to truly be happy and sustain that happiness. I also watched my daughter and her friends struggle, as well as being appalled at the rate of suicide amongst our young people - If only they knew how valuable their lives truly were!! I became a certified trainer because I realized there is so much we are not taught anywhere in life (not in schools, our homes, anywhere) that is vital to our overall happiness and ability to navigate our lives successfully. I am inspired and passionate about sharing this valuable wisdom with all of you, so you can truly thrive and live your dreams, while truly enjoying your journey in the process.
I've recently worked with students who are currently experiencing the stressors and challenges that come with solely managing and balancing their lives for the first time, in addition to keeping up with their post-secondary workload and/or employment commitments, and learned that there is much that hasn't changed since I was at that stage in my life, however also much that has changed significantly. I would love to be your guide in sustaining and achieving the success you desire without the stress.
I offer a 7 Step Program that teaches how to build your Inner Home for Happiness by practising 21 Happiness Habits also practised by the Happy 100.

4) Heed the Guiding 3
I am happy to focus on only the area(s) of the program that would be of greatest service and benefit to you - we can discuss your needs in your free session.
This program is for anyone, any age, however my focus is on Senior High through College/University aged individuals in order to set them up for success from the outset of their independent lives.
