About Nousayba
Before completing my pharmacy degree at Imperial College London, I studied at Watford Grammar School. I am currently working as a clinical pharmacist, and have over six years of tutoring experience working with students of all backgrounds and ability, from ages 6-18 years. I cover all the GCSE sciences in all exam boards. My teaching focuses heavily on constant repetition of exam question topics and a constant focus on solid knowledge of the content before moving forward. Therefore, students are more than 100% ready when taking their end-of-year exams. I also teach 11+ verbal and non-verbal subjects, with plenty of experience in students who have gone on to schools such as Upton Court Grammar School and Langley Grammar School. My past experience working with exam boards such as AQA and Edexcel has helped me familiarise myself with the GCSE curriculum over the changing years, as well as a solid understanding of mark schemes and what examiners are looking for in students.

In my lessons, I focus on helping students understand and retain the information that is most likely to appear on their exams. I use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities, to ensure that students are engaged and actively learning. I also encourage students to ask questions and participate in class, as I believe that this helps to facilitate a deeper understanding of the material. Additionally, I am patient and approachable, and I strive to create a positive and supportive learning environment for my students. Overall, my goal is to help students achieve success in their studies and feel confident in their abilities.
