About Sara
My name is Sara, I am a certified flight instructor and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University graduate (B.S. Aeronautics, minors in Air Transportation, Airline Management, and Aeronautical Studies)! My experience in aviation education started long before I became a flight instructor, as I tutored STEM topics and conducted educational webinars for flight schools while completing my flight training. I know studying technical subjects can be a difficult and daunting part of your training, which is why I am here! I can teach any ACS topic to any skill level for private and commercial curriculums. I can also teach maneuvers on the ground to make students more confident in the air! Both teaching and aviation are great passions of mine, and there is nothing more rewarding for me than helping others advance their aviation careers!

I teach from comprehensive lesson plans on all private and commercial ACS topics, totaling in over 700 pages of teaching material. Teaching methods/mediums include white board lessons, hand drawn diagrams, videos, and physical demonstrations with props such as a foam runway and articulated Cessna model. Lessons are not just limited to technical topic areas, I can do a deep dive into any flight maneuver as well! I always send my students home with additional resources to help with independent improvement and studying. Any aviation knowledge/skill level applicable to private or commercial pilot curriculums are welcome!
