MySelf Miss .Meeranath . I do this out of my passion . So i love what i do and i'm very honest to my work . I believe being healthy and having a good body is everyone's need . And i believe all must do that. I'm very client friendly and work close with clients according to their needs and goals . Weight loose, toned body , weight gain anything for that matter . I'm doing this since last few years . I do have offline clients as well as online clients . If you are looking for some real good energetic sessions , then why not lets do it. Customised plans for each student. With diet. Work totally goal oriented with client needs .Worked with celebrities in South India. Will have 4 to 5 classes per week .
Sessions mainly include , general instructions, personal training , cross fit, tabata , hiit , low impact , Pilates.
I do give group training ,personal training, couple training , special population training etc . Have helped many to bring difference in their life in physical health and mental health. I'm looking forward to help you too. I'm with you in this journey.
