About Ashish
My name is Ashish Rana, and I’ve been a professional fitness trainer for over 8 years. Over the last decade, I’ve helped hundreds of people from busy office workers to athletes, completely change how they look and feel.
I believe in keeping things simple and scientific. I spent years training people in gyms across Dehradun and now I’m bringing that expertise online. My mission is to help you get your dream body without needing expensive memberships or wasting time in traffic.

With 8 years of experience as a certified fitness trainer, my classes are not 'one-size-fits-all.' Whether you are training from a gym or the comfort of your home in Dehradun or anywhere in India, I focus on scientific movements and sustainable results.
What to expect in my sessions:
1. Customized Workout Plans: Every body is different. I design your plan based on your current fitness level, injuries, and goals.
2. Form & Technique First: My priority is to keep you injury-free. I provide real-time corrections on your posture and movement.
3. Goal-Based Training: Whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, strength building or improving flexibility, we work toward a specific target.
4. Nutrition Guidance: Exercise is only 30% of the journey. I provide basic diet advice to ensure your hard work in the 'class' shows on the scale.
5. Motivation & Accountability: I don't just teach; I coach. I will be there to push you when you feel like quitting.
