I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and over 10 years of experience helping clients transform their bodies and habits. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with more than 100 clients worldwide, guiding them toward sustainable fat loss, muscle gain, and improved performance.
