Teaching gives me the opportunity to pass on the information and experience I've gained over the years. When I am able to contribute to the education and development of others, I feel a sense of accomplishment, and being able to do so on a more widespread scale is made possible by the fact that I teach English online.

Hello, My name is Melany and I am from South Africa.
I am currently 20 years old.
I am an English Native speaker and currently studying towards a Bachelors degree in Psychology & Criminology.
As an educator, I find that teaching students at this age allows me to be very creative when planning all of my lessons.
I believe that students also have a voice and I love for them to feel heard and seen. I want my student to have a teacher I never had. A teacher that understands, and that's exactly who I am.
I am a very patient and confident individual, who is very passionate about individuals who strive to achieve their set goals.
South Africa has 11 officially languages. Of those languages, I've had the privilege of learning 2 of the 11 official languages in South Africa. With that being said I do understand how daunting it is to learn a new subject therefore I am very patient and understanding. I've also mastered the technique of how to learn a different language.
I don't have one specific teaching style. I'd describe my teaching style to be highly adaptable. Each student is different as well as each classroom environment. I simply prefer individual approach to teaching.
