About Lin
With a unique background as both an English and Chinese teacher, I bring a special blend of Eastern and Western educational perspectives to my teaching. My overseas study experience in an English-speaking country provided me with first-hand, immersive language and cultural acquisition. This allows me to deeply understand the challenges faced by Chinese speakers learning English, and vice versa. Over the years, I have developed a rich portfolio of teaching experiences, helping students of all ages and levels. I am passionate about bridging cultures through language and am dedicated to creating a supportive, effective, and engaging learning environment for every student. My dual-role experience makes me exceptionally equipped to guide you to fluency.

My Teaching Method & Techniques

A Typical Lesson Plan
Each 60-minute session follows this flow:
Warm-up & previous lesson review (10 minutes)
Targeted grammar/vocabulary introduction with real-life examples (15 minutes)
Interactive practice through role-plays and discussions (20 minutes)
Personalized feedback and error correction (10 minutes)
Goal setting and practical homework assignment (5 minutes)
