Perfect! Laurent est un coach passionné, avec une grande expérience et connaissance du Triathlon. Il propose un plan d'entrainement personnalisé pour tout niveau et adapté à notre disponibilité, que vous soyez totalement débutant ou confirmé. Le plan est progressif et permet d'atteindre ses objectifs en évitant les blessures et en prenant du plaisirs.

Attentif, de très bon conseil et à l'écoute ! Je connais Laurent par le club de Triathlon. Il me suit depuis maintenant 6 mois et grâce à ses bons conseils m'a permis d'évoluer tout en prenant du plaisir. Merci Laurent !
Coach triathlon dans notre club Laurent me suit depuis novembre 2018. Je prépare principalement du long et je suis ravie des plans qu'il me fournit. Il est disponible, à l'écoute de mes besoins, envies et prends très souvent de mes nouvelles. Excellent coach natation également! Il n'hésite pas à me recadrer gentiment lorsque je me disperse et me rebooste quand j'en ai besoin. Bref Je recommande Laurent comme coach à tout athlète désireux de progresser ou de débuter dans le triathlon .
A 46 ans, Je me suis lancée dans le triathlon il y a 9 mois. Jusque là je ne faisais que de la course à pieds. Je ne nageais pas plus de 50m d' affilée en crawl et roulais à vélo comme tout un chacun.
Grâce au programme personnalisé que Laurent m'a concocté dans le 3 disciplines, je me suis vue progresser rapidement et ai terminé mon premier triathlon promo en avril avec une performance au dessus de mes espérances.
Laurent est très à l'écoute et a adapté mes entraînements au fur et à mesure de ma progression. AU TOP !
