About Celina
Namaskaram
I am Celina, born in Goa, India and raised in London. Initially, I was practising Yoga for 2+ years in the west as a pure workout for my body. I wanted to improve myself on a physical level hence I made my way to an Ashram in Rishikesh, India. This is where the meaning of Yoga and the way I see life completely changed for me. Ever since I’ve been practising the yogic way of living and completed two months of Yoga Teacher Training in India followed by classes with some of the best Iyenger teachers in India.
I’ve been travelling for the past two years, mainly across India deepening my understanding of Yoga and Meditation and this is the gift I want to share with the world.
My aim is to teach authentic Hatha Yoga to connect your body and mind. Not only Asanas (poses) but the true meaning of Yoga, how can we improve our life when we step out of our Yoga mat? How can we be more aware of our inner world? How can we achieve peace and harmony in our lives?

The classes will be planned according to individuals level and goals. This could be physical goals like improving flexibility, building strength or it could be mental goals like being more calm in my mind and body or maybe you have something else you want to achieve. Whatever your goal is, we will discuss everything in our consultation call and ensure you are on your way to achieving your goals.
I am professionally trained in Traditional Hatha Yoga which includes Asanas (poses), Pranayama (Breathwork) , Meditation, Mantra Chanting and Mudras.

Authentic, down to earth and warm. Celina has an authentic, deep focus on alignment/mental state which has really helped me to develop my practice in a physically safe and sustainable way by ensuring I have a solid base of fundamentals from which to build. After every class I feel an improvement in my postures. With her Indian background the yoga feels more real without all the adaptations made these days.
