About Dilip
Hello, my name is Dilip. I am a certified 3rd Dan Black Belt Taekwondo instructor with many years of training and teaching experience. I have trained students of different ages and skill levels and have participated in national and international Taekwondo tournaments. These experiences have helped me develop strong technical skills, discipline, leadership, and a passion for teaching.
I have successfully coached many students in Nepal and enjoy helping people improve their confidence, fitness, self-defense skills, and overall performance. I am dedicated to providing professional, supportive, and motivating lessons tailored to each student's goals. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, I am committed to helping you reach your full potential through Taekwondo.

Hello, my name is Dilip, and I am a certified 3rd Dan Black Belt Taekwondo instructor with several years of teaching experience in Nepal. I have trained and coached students of different ages and skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.
My teaching method focuses on building strong fundamentals, proper technique, discipline, confidence, and physical fitness. A typical lesson includes warm-up exercises, stretching, Taekwondo techniques, kicking drills, self-defense practice, and personalized feedback to help students improve.
