Each of my classes are uniquely designed and are focused on both the physical movements of the body and the relaxation of the mind. It is a perfect mix of the asana practice, pranayama and meditation.
Attention to details of the asanas and breathing patterns to bring a balance is given utmost priority.

Hey Richa thankyou for the class. It was an amazing session. Loved how you took care of minute details and the combination of asanas you chose.
Yoga classes with Richa have been great since the day one.All the classes that I have attended up till now have been full of fun and learning, plus she gives individual attention to everyone. She is brilliant at it and I look forward to have more amazing sessions with her .
Yoga session with you being perfect for me as a beginner, appreciate your impromptu corrections with positions of every asanas.
I can say within a week going from basic to little advance, I started feeling more of having control of my body in respect to breathing and flexing.
Also must mention I kind of underrated yoga and assumed it’s for middle aged people but this one hour session makes me diaphoretic and gives a good start to my day.
What motivated me to go for yoga is basically via your aesthetic yoga posts on Instagram and made me believe is doable to achieve my fitness goals.View more recommendations
