About Noah
Hi, I’m Noah, a certified 200-hour yoga teacher with over 3 years of experience teaching yoga and more than 10 years of personal yoga practice. Yoga has been an important part of my life for many years, and I love sharing its benefits with others. My goal is to help students create a practice that supports their physical health, mental wellbeing, and everyday balance. I welcome beginners as well as intermediate students who want to build confidence, improve their skills, reduce stress, and develop a deeper connection with their body and mind. My teaching style is calm, encouraging, and structured. I create a supportive environment where you can feel comfortable, progress at your own pace, and enjoy your yoga journey. I offer yoga classes both online and in person, taught entirely in English, and I look forward to supporting you on your path toward greater strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
I am based in Vienna, Austria, and offer yoga classes both in person and online. All classes are taught in English.

My classes combine movement, breathing techniques, and mindfulness to create a balanced practice that supports both your body and mind. You may want to start yoga to reduce stress, improve flexibility, build strength, increase your fitness, or simply create more balance in your daily life. I will guide you through each step with a calm, supportive, and structured approach. Classes are available online and in person, and all lessons are taught in English. Together, we will create a safe and welcoming space where you can develop your practice and experience the many benefits of yoga.
