About Stressy
My name is Stressy, yup that’s the real name! It came from an engineering term shear stress. I was born in the Philippines and grew up in New Zealand. The first time I taught English was in a Colombian public school in Bogotá 5 years ago. I fell in love with teaching and have taught English in Madrid and online. I also volunteered to teach English to newly migrants in Sydney and supported them in getting jobs. I have a CELTA certificate and a bachelor in psychology.

Lessons are 40minutes long, conversation focused to improve fluency and confidence. Fun lessons, with practical topics and application to real life situations, watching videos, activities, role plays and games.
