I am a cellist, pianist (both collaborative and solo), drummer, songwriter, composer, and audio engineer currently in my undergrad for Music Composition at the University of Northern Colorado while also working various freelance jobs in the music industry and teaching private cello, piano, composition, and music theory lessons

I teach according to the student’s aptitude for, pace at, and commitment to learning. In cello lessons, my students work everything from technique exercises and students to various repertoire and orchestral excerpts according to their current level of playing and what kinds of music the student is passionate about. My beginner students learn from a combination of Suzuki and miscellaneous curriculums, and my intermediate to early advanced students work more mixed curricular work, depending on the context of the student. Commitment to daily practice is required, expected, and not easily avoided.
