Lynn is an amazing yoga teacher. She is approachable and genuinely cares about her students. She is very detail oriented when she explains each pose, and also elaborates on the non-physical aspects of yoga like meditation that help your overall wellbeing. She is also an excellent reiki practitioner; I felt a healing energy during our session that reduced my stress and kept me more relaxed for days after our session.
