About Joshua
I am an outgoing, active, and curious person who seeks to add these qualities to foster engaging, tailor-made programmes for all. Carefully designing these with you and your schedule in mind, I seek to make sessions interesting and fun; something for you to look forward to. This tailored approach will allow you to reach your full potential, whilst enjoying the process! Having run for a number of years, working with various coaches and international athletes, I have brought my times to an elite level at various distances (5k to over Half Marathon) and a range of surfaces (fells, track, road). Having also worked through injuries and various difficult circumstances, this puts me in a great position to help a vast number of different runners.

Coaching will be delivered online, with specific sessions and expert-led advice on nutrition, sleep, and recovery methods included. Aiming for a new 5k PB? Looking to get into shape where you can consistently run or even training for a marathon? With the right encouragement and guidance, anything is possible! Experienced with all levels, from complete beginner to international athletes. Calls and messages to the coach will be available throughout. How it works? 1. Initial consultation: let's make sure we're a right fit and ensure that your goals are understood from the off. This is completely free! 2. You can decide whether to have: a) Personalised Training Block (£20/hr) We will have a video call where we set out a training schedule up until a specific race, including one-off advice about that training block OR b) Monthly Coaching (£35/month) Whereby we can frequently communicate (Whatsapp or Video Calls) to adjust the training plans around your life. Feedback on sessions, as well as other bits of experienced information to help you best recover and perform will also be delivered. Pre-race advice can also be offered when necessary.

Joshua was very helpful and super accomodating when organising lessons. Doing lessons through shared whiteboards was easy, and meant that I could go back to them any time I needed. He also had knowledge about the IB course which meant he could give insights and we could follow along with what I was doing in class. Would definitely recommend!
My daughter enjoyed her Maths tutorials and Josh motivated her to do her very best whereas she felt deflated by previous teachers. Josh was patient and structured the lessons according to her needs. There was a definite improvement in her academic achievement over the few months she spent with Josh. Would highly recommend.
