About Nicola
Hi, I'm Nicola, I have over 19 years' experience helping people build confidence, develop strong communication skills, increase motivation and achieve their personal and professional goals.
My background spans learning and development, coaching, recruitment, client relationship management and leadership support, giving me a unique understanding of the challenges people face at different stages of education and their careers.
I work with teenagers, university students and adults who want more than just academic support. Whether you're preparing for interviews, struggling with confidence, or looking to improve your communication skills, I provide practical, personalised coaching that helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Every session is tailored to your individual goals. Rather than following a rigid lesson plan, we'll work together using proven coaching techniques, neuroscience-based strategies and real-world exercises to help you build lasting skills and self-belief.
My sessions are supportive, relaxed and judgement-free. I believe everyone has potential, and my role is to help you discover your strengths, overcome barriers and develop the confidence to succeed—whether that's in school, university, work or everyday life.
