About Rafaela
Hi, I'm Rafaela! I am currently doing a PhD in cancer immunology at the Institute of Cancer Research. I have a Master's of Research (MRes) in Cancer Biology from Imperial College London, having graduated top of the class and a BSc in Biomedical Sciences with professional experience, from Brunel University London from which I hold a 1st-class honours degree. I am naturally from Portugal, having moved 5 years ago to complete my BSc.

As a scientist and researcher, I want to help you uncover the amazing mysteries and facts about nature. I want to shed light and share my passion for the subject. My mission is to help understand difficult topics in a clear and fun manner by sharing some advice and tricks that helped me, and find what works for you! I can give in-person sessions around Surrey and online lessons in London. Lessons can be given in both English and Portuguese (native). Further arrangements can be done and discussed.
