About Julie
Music found me in the rural folk clubs where strumming patterns were passed down by ear rather than written on a page. People assume that technique is purely about speed, but I emphasize the tactile connection to the strings.
I bring my BM Guitar background to help you master electric technique, barre chords, and complex transitions. My 13 years of experience in the industry have given me a deep appreciation for the craft. I have guided 154 students through the intricacies of lead guitar playing.

Calloused fingers pressing against steel strings create a distinct, resonant hum that defines our starting point. Teens and adult learners find that my approach to lead guitar and barre chords provides a solid foundation for any genre. You learn to control your electric tone with intentionality, drawing from my experience in Latin music traditions.
My 13 years of teaching allow me to identify exactly where your progress stalls and provide a path forward. We keep the momentum high by working on music that resonates with your personal taste. You receive a free trial session to ensure we are a good fit before we commit to a long-term plan. The process is straightforward and keeps you engaged until we reach the end of the hour.
