About Sam
My name is Sam, and I completed my HSC in 2021 with an ATAR of 95.35, receiving a band 6 in Mathematics Advanced and Physics, and an E4 in Mathematics Extension 1. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Science Advanced, majoring in physics, at the University of Newcastle. I have an extensive understanding of maths and physics at the stated levels, and am able to provide students with a deep understanding of these topics.

To tutor, I will ensure the student understands the relevant theory for a topic by using necessary examples, which could include questions or diagrams. Once the student understands the basic principles of a topic, I will show them more difficult scenarios they can practice, allowing them to more deeply understand the subject matter. The length of a lesson could range from 1-1.5 hrs. I can teach Maths (yr 9-10), Mathematics Advanced and Extension 1 (yr 11-12) and Physics (yr 11-12).
