About Mala
Being a teacher engaged in teaching in school for more than 25 years teaching children at basic and primary level. I was very affectionate and friendly to the children, encouraging them to learn the Bengali language for learning conversation and communication.

Mrs, Mala is a great teacher. She has been my teacher for over a year. My bengali speaking skills have improved significantly under her guidance. She makes learning fun and practical. She does not use the one size fits all approach. I like to cook, travel, play instruments. She creates lessons around my interests. She encourages me to speak for majority of the time during my 45 mins weekly sessions. I am required to record a 2-5 conversation with a friend or family member every week as my assignment. This helps me add more words to my vocabulary. Slowly, I have also started reading beginner level books. I highly recommend Mrs Mala to anyone who wishes to learn bengali.
