I am a student just like others and I have been teaching for 4 years now with some great results (like one of my students got 95% just last year).
I teach also because I need funds for my own education. So it's like I help the students and the students help me back.

I prioritize students' way and my main focus is that the students should understand the concepts clearly then we will move forward to other topics.
I prefer tests once the chapters get completed and once the syllabus is completed we will have back-to-back tests and evaluation and learning from the mistakes.
