I am an associate auditor at a big four auditing firm, I am currently in my third year.
I have tutored privately at varsity for over a year.
I also volunteered through my company to tutor disadvantaged matric students.
I enjoy perusing learning opportunities and assisting others in my free time.

My approach is based on the learner.
Determine where the learner is at, what are they struggling with and what do they excel at.
I then give the student and opportunity to pretend they are the tutor to see if they can convey what they have learnt. Based on the learners ability to do this I then structure how much work they need to do and what they need more focus on.
