About Matthew
I am a personal trainer who has recently qualified with MiraCosta College. I have been both overweight and underweight, I have got out of both situations. I have taught classes of all shapes and sizes with a variety of different goals. I have also made fitness discussing fitness and nutrition for my internship and YouTube Channel.
