About Resime
My name is Zehra, a 26-year-old woman with two children. I have a degree in Economics and experience working in banks. I have been involved in Kung Fu since my childhood and have represented my country, Turkey, in various countries such as Indonesia and Poland. I have volunteered to provide free training to some children's groups. Additionally,my durıng my school ages I have organized gymnastics programs for school year-end events.

With over a decade of experience in Kung Fu, representing my country internationally, and holding a national athlete certificate, I bring a wealth of expertise to the world of martial arts. Passionate about sharing my knowledge, I've dedicated time to teaching children's groups voluntarily. Now, I'm excited to extend my services to offer private lessons or group sessions. Whether it's introducing the basics of Kung Fu with engaging activities or teaching fun skills like somersaults and beginner movements, I strive to create an enriching and enjoyable learning environment for all participants. Parents interested in empowering their children through martial arts can reach out to me privately to arrange personalized sessions tailored to their needs and interests.
Warm-up Exercises: Basic warm-up exercises for flexibility and body preparation.
Fundamental Stances: Teaching correct stances and positions.
Basic Movements: Learning basic strikes, blocks, and pushing movements.
Kata or Forms: Teaching simple Kung Fu forms or katas.
Balance and Coordination Exercises: Exercises to improve balance and movement coordination.
Application of Basic Techniques: Practical application of basic movements and partner drills.
