About Fargol
Hi, I’m Fargol! I’ve just graduated with a bachelors degree in English from the University of Cambridge, and have 3+ years of experience tutoring A-Level and GCSE English to a wide range of students. I have always been passionate about literature, and love to discuss my subject and its ins and outs with my tutees. My special interests are Early Modern literature (the Material Renaissance) and contemporary diasporic poetry, but I am flexible and open to all areas of literature and its contexts: 3 years of practical criticism classes, lectures and supervisions at Cambridge have prepared me for engagement with any sort of material! I have been tutoring since I was in Year 12, and I am compassionate, passionate, and detail-orientated with my teaching! I am also an experienced writer and editor who can help students perfect their sample writing and personal statements.
It was not so long ago that I had to go through the university admissions process, and I know how hard and confusing it can be! I will be your mentor and help you be your very best when applying to the best of universities!

Hello there! I’ve just graduated from Christ’s College, Cambridge with a bachelors degree in English. I have 3+ years of tutoring experience, and work with A-level students to help prepare them for UCAS and Oxbridge admissions. In fact, my last sixth form student received an offer to study English at Cambridge!
I am a dedicated and passionate admissions tutor, with an eye for detail. I mentor those wishing to apply for English and other similar subjects at Cambridge and Oxford, and, as an experienced writer and editor, I’m happy to help students refine their Personal Statements and sample writing! I also conduct mock Oxbridge interviews.
I know how hard and confusing university application can be - I will be your admissions mentor and help your application stand out from the crowd! Any questions, queries and confusions about UCAS, coursework or interviews, I’ll be there to help!
