About Sofia
I have previously tutored young children before and enjoy helping them understand topics of difficulty. As someone who has been through the gruelling 11+ process themselves, I am able to provide the appropriate support for your child in their academics.

Hi, my name is Sofia Farooqi and I am a sixth former studying English Literature, Government and Politics and Classical Civilisation. I currently hold offers from Cambridge, Warwick and Nottingham with the hopes of reading a Politics and International Relations degree.
I tutor English and Maths between Year 1-6 (including preparation for the 11+) as well as English Literature up to GCSE level. I provide one-to-one tuition in which I can work through topics, questions and homework that the student may find challenging. It is particularly important to me that parents should receive sufficient and helpful feedback on their child’s progression.
I am able to do online lessons charging £20 an hour an ensure to spend time efficiently, tailoring it to the students needs. Please feel free to message me with any further queries.
