About Cara
I'm University of Cambridge Natural Science graduate. My academic focus is in the physical sciences. I love sharing and discussing what I learn with others. My interest in the process of learning is what led me to start teaching. For me teaching is less of a job and more of a full-time interest. Seeing how a student's mind works and the best learning techniques to implement is a science in itself and one that I enjoy immensely. I provide a friendly and non-judgemental environment, in which the student can freely express their thought processes and ask me questions, to best optimise their learning experience. After tutoring mainly privately, I moved to superprof in order to expand my outreach.

Perfect! Cara is brilliant with her explanations and ability to clarify topics. I hope my grandson can work with her until he takes his A levels in May. He finds her friendly and she seems to understand the way his brain works , so he is very happy with his sessions with her. I wish we had found her last year!
- Josh is eager to learn more and is an excellent problem solver. He pics up concepts very quickly and is a pleasure to teach.Cara's response :

Cara has helped me so much during and after my exams she helped me to get a C and without her i would have failed my physics exams she also has a lot of availability which is very helpful too.
As a fellow student at the University of Cambridge, Cara has supported me hugely in my studies. She is the most intelligent and patient individual, making her a brilliant tutor to any student's needs. I could not recommend her more highly!!
Cara has been an incredible asset to my daughter’s learning. She has kept the lessons interesting and my daughter has made big improvements in her GCSE chemistry and maths knowledge. She is feeling a lot more confident about her upcoming exams. I would definitely recommend Cara’s science and maths tuition.
Cara is really good at explaining concepts in a simple way that I can understand. I don’t like chemistry and I struggle to be interested in it, but having an amazing tutor has helped a lot! :)
Cara takes care to listen to students needs and create relevant lesson which support learning and students belief in their own abilities .She is a great communicator and can adapt to different leaning styles
