About Sarah
I have 4 A* A-Levels in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry and 10 A* GCSEs and am currently a 2nd year natural sciences student at Cambridge, studying Earth Sciences and Materials Science (having also studied Maths and Chemistry during my 1st year).
Although new to tutoring, I have supported younger students in lessons whilst a sixth former and am very familiar with the small teaching group environment from participating in tutorials as part of my degree.
I am familiar with the new style A-Levels, having taken the new AQA science A-Levels, but can teach all exam boards and will ensure my tutoring is focused to the specific syllabus and mark schemes.

I aim to provide students with both an in-depth understanding of content and techniques to succeed in exams. Lessons are interactive and include reviewing exercises/practice papers, discussing concepts and guiding students through examples. Lesson style and content is tailored towards each student's requests and prepared in advance. Overall, I aim to make lessons effective, focussed and enjoyable!
