About Violet
I've just finished my first year studying Engineering at Cambridge, and as well as tutoring I also do freelance coding during the holidays, using the Python, C#, and C++ programming languages.
I strongly believe that understanding is the most important aspect to performing in the areas I tutor, especially the ability to visualize what it is you are doing, rather than simply being able to perform the calculations. This allows you to apply what you know to problems you've never seen before, and that is what gets you the best results.

I tutor for GCSE and A-Level Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Computer Science. I achieved an A* in all of these at A-Level, and I use all of them every day in my Engineering Degree at the University of Cambridge. I also tutor for the Cambridge Engineering Admissions Assessment, or ENGAA. Each session is 1 hour long, and is done via Skype.

Perfect! Zachary was a great tutor – took a personal approach to tutoring and helped me through several of the areas I was struggling with. The sessions never seemed too formal and were still invaluable in helping me with the ENGAA.
