About Jamie
I have over 25 years’ experience working with children and young people across childcare, education and mental health. I am a qualified teacher and hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Education Mental Health Practitioner, alongside professional experience supporting children and young people with their emotional wellbeing in school and community settings.
Throughout my career, I have developed a genuine passion for supporting young people and understanding the different experiences, pressures and challenges they face as they grow up. I recognise that school and exams can sometimes feel overwhelming, and that young people experience pressure in different ways.
I believe in the importance of feeling listened to, understood and supported without judgement. I want young people to feel comfortable being themselves, knowing that their experiences and concerns will be taken seriously.
My decision to offer coaching comes from wanting to use my professional experience to make a positive difference to young people’s lives in a supportive and encouraging way. I find it rewarding to see young people recognise their own strengths, grow in confidence and develop a greater belief in themselves.
I value building positive relationships with both young people and their parents or carers, recognising that every young person is an individual with their own strengths, experiences and aspirations.

Calm & Confident Coaching
Helping young people navigate school pressures, manage exam stress and grow in confidence.
Is your child feeling overwhelmed by school, struggling with exam stress or lacking confidence?
I offer supportive, practical one-to-one coaching for young people aged 11–18, helping them develop the skills to manage stress, build resilience and approach challenges with greater confidence.
I can help with:
• Managing school pressures and everyday stress
• Coping with exam anxiety and revision pressure
• Building confidence, self-belief and resilience
• Managing worries, perfectionism and fear of failure
• Developing practical coping strategies and revision routines
Sessions and pricing
• Free initial 30-minute consultation to discuss needs and develop a personalised coaching plan
• Individual coaching: £45- 50 per session (45–60 minutes)
• Six-week Calm & Confident programme: £300
A structured programme to help young people manage stress, build confidence and develop practical coping strategies.
• Three-session Exam Confidence package: £150
Focused support to manage exam anxiety, improve revision habits and feel calmer and more confident during exams.
Sessions available online.

GCSE Exam Confidence Package — £150 A focused package designed to help young people manage exam stress, build confidence and develop practical strategies for approaching exams. * Three sessions * Up to 60 minutes per session * Practical exam-anxiety management and confidence-building strategies
Free Introductory Consultation A complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss your young person’s needs, identify their goals and explore how coaching can support them.
Additional Travel Costs A £5 travel fee applies to sessions requiring travel of more than 10 miles.
