About Sharon
I am a girl who has enjoyed sports since childhood. I’m currently a triathlete and a student of Sports Science. Competitive sports are a huge source of motivation for me because they allow me to break through the physical and mental limits I thought I had. This reminds me of my inner strength and has allowed me to adopt a courageous attitude in my life.

I specialise in creating routines for endurance training (running, swimming) and HIT, taking into account your level and your athletic goals (competing, staying in shape, improving your health).
