About Chris
I am currently a Marketing student at the University of West of England. I have recently completed the Business Studies GCSE and GCE A-Level courses, and I am hence very familiar with the most recent specifications.
Previously I have taught a Year 11 Computer Science class in the lead up to their final GCSE exams after their teacher had left. It was my job to ensure the class covered the rest of the specification in full and to have enough practice on exam technique. This experience helped me become very familiar with the way the most recent GCSE and A-Level specifications are structured and assessed.

At the start of every lesson, we'll establish a list of objectives related to the specification to keep us on track. As we move through each objective, we'll recap concepts, link bits of knowledge and continually assess progress— I try to make my sessions a constant feedback loop that goes both ways.
To consolidate knowledge, depending on the topic and your needs, I might go through a case study or look at questions from past papers. This is to ensure that you not only understand the content, but that you'll also be able to showcase this in your exams.
NB: Currently, I will only be tutoring online to comply with government guidance aiming to reduce the spread of Coronavirus.
