About Thanakorn
About Me
I am an MSc practitioner in Occupational and Organisational Psychology, working professionally in Organisational Development within local government. My work focuses on behaviour, performance, leadership, and how people grow within complex systems — and I bring this same clarity and grounded approach into my teaching.
I support learners who want to develop intellectually, professionally, or personally: psychology students seeking research or dissertation guidance, professionals looking to build confidence or influence, and individuals wanting a better understanding of themselves and the workplace. I approach every student with patience, structure, and real-world insight, making complex ideas clear, practical, and meaningful.
