student at DeVry University where I was a Visiting Professor of business. I consistently knew
that I could count on Mr. Ross for his early arrival to the classroom – to be ready to learn –
which showed his obvious dedication to achieving his academic goal. He asked insightful and
relevant questions during class, which added to other students’ comprehension of our
subjects. In his question format and in the answers that he gave to my questions, Mr. Ross
demonstrated not only his deep understanding of the topic but also his ability to respond in a
way that carved complex topics into digestible segments for everyone’s benefit. Mr. Ross’s
talent in this area made our classroom experience productive and progressive.
Though I did not teach math, I know that Mr. Ross took the time before class and during
