With over 20 years of hands on business / management experience, it was time for a change. I have been working in the training industry for 8 years, delivering Business, Leadership and Management to Diploma level. My work has taken me all over Australia (FIFO) and I have met and worked with some amazing people. Books can get boring, I like to mix it up.

Books are ok, but they can get boring. Inject some life experience and things start to get interesting. What happens if there are no standard operating procedures ? Mind fullness? Do these things really make a difference? If so, how? I have first hand experience which includes change management to make it work.
