About Priyanka
It has been since 4 months, I am providing tutors to the students of Victoria University. What I believe is that, when a teacher asks any student,'Do you understand?'; this is not a way. This question forces them to reply YES! In my opinion, a teacher should say, whatever you have understood, explain in your own words.
This motivates them. I do the same and they appreciate me for this.
I have provided guidance to nearly 20 students and they are like my friends to me.
There were two students in my group who failed Business Finance in their 1st semester. And after I taught them, they passed with flying colors. This was my achievement.
I believe, more you share your knowledge, more it grows.

I teach my students in classes with slides and providing them photocopies. I ask my students to prepare before hand and come for class. I ask each student to show their contribution.
I take oral tests like regular chats after every session ends.
