About Victor
I am a professional tutor with over 15 years research experience in business, economics, and other social science subjects. I hold a PhD in Economics and a Masters Degree in Economics, Banking and Finance (with Distinction) from the University of Glasgow.
Previous academic roles have included Research Fellow at Aston Business School, Graduate Teaching Assistant in Economic Data Analysis at the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow, and Sessional Tutor in Microeconomics and Macroeconomics at Glasgow International College.
I have authored or contributed to more than 10 scholarly publications in the business & economics domain, including on topics such as business finance, bank profitability, financial stability, corporate innovation strategy, and health economics, to mention a few.

I am a professional tutor with over 15 years research experience in business, economics, and other social science subjects. I hold a PhD in Economics and a Masters Degree in Economics, Banking and Finance (with Distinction) from the University of Glasgow.
I teach Business and Economics students mainly at degree level. I also help degree students in related business, social science and humanities subjects work through their academic essays, dissertations, research proposals, case studies, reports and presentations.
As a teacher, I believe it is absolutely crucial to create an engaging, motivating, and intellectually stimulating learning experience for my learners. In my lessons, I often combine theoretical explanations with real world examples to aid more practical understanding of the topic. I also engage students by asking them to work through problems themselves and highlighting key points, thus, gauging their level of understanding of the topic and helping to build their confidence.
Typical length of my lessons is 2 hours.
