About Kanchana

- Master of Arts in Psychology with over 10 years of experience in the Health & Social Science sectors. - Over 4 years of mentoring experience, supporting individuals from a wide range of backgrounds from refugees, students to professionals. I am currently coaching an adult in understanding the mind-body connection and guiding him to identify areas that he would like to work and practice on. So far his feedback has been very positive - mentioning he felt at ease to work with me and hasn't had this much help and support from someone for a while. - My personal experiences in meeting challenging and stressful life situations, and overcoming negative thinking patterns enable me to empathize and work with individual needs and goals. Feedback from those who have received my services has been very positive, and I have gained repeat work and new referrals from satisfied customers.

About the lesson

If you want to feel better and stop letting life stressors and negative thought patterns define how you feel and function in life, I would be honored to guide you to a new way of being. I take a mentoring and coaching approach in sessions to apply my knowledge, work, and personal experiences of retraining the mind to maintain a positive state of well-being. No one approach fits all - I will work with you to guide you into identifying what particular approaches resonate with you, and the tools and strategies that work for you. Providing a supportive, nonjudgmental, comfortable, and safe space during sessions is of utmost importance for me. I believe everyone is resourceful and unique, with guidance and support you will be able to tap into your inner wisdom, strength, and creativity.
