About Lorraine
I’m a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with over 4 years of teaching experience, working with a wide range of people, from privates to runners, to studios and retreats. I completed my advanced yoga teacher training in India, where I deepened my knowledge of yoga therapy, anatomy, pranayama, meditation, and Ayurveda.
Before dedicating my life to teaching yoga, I spent years working at a desk, behind a computer, so I totally understand the stiffness and tensions that come with modern life.
I’m passionate about continuing my education and regularly expanding my understanding of movement, mobility, and the human body so I can offer safe, effective, and personalized guidance. I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, and I’m committed to helping each student build confidence and enjoy the journey at their own pace.

Every session is tailored to your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to movement after a break, dealing with stiffness or limited mobility, or looking to deepen your practice, I’ll meet you where you are.
Together, we’ll build a practice that feels realistic and sustainable. My classes can include mobility, strength, flexibility, breathwork, relaxation, and mindfulness, depending on your needs. I’ll guide you with clear instructions, personalized feedback, and thoughtful modifications so you feel confident, safe, and supported every step of the way.
My goal isn’t just to help you improve your yoga practice... it’s to help you create healthy movement habits that fit into your busy life and leave you feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected to your body :-)
