About Beatrice
I’m a certified Life Coach with a background in sociology and well-being research, having written both my undergraduate and master’s dissertations on happiness and the science of human fulfilment. My work centres on emotional resilience, self-leadership, public speaking, and authentic communication. I aim to help and guide individuals to build the inner clarity and confidence to express themselves powerfully in life and work. I’ve coached and led communication workshops in the corporate workplace, guiding professionals to speak with confidence and lead with presence. But my understanding of resilience and growth comes not only from study, it’s also been lived. Having navigated addiction, C-PTSD, and frequent change from a young age, I’ve learned to cultivate adaptability, confidence, and deep self-assurance through experience. My “why” is simple: to help others transform emotional turmoil into direction, motivation, and purpose. Every meaningful change begins with self-leadership — the courage to meet yourself honestly, build emotional awareness, and act with intention. When you learn to lead yourself first, everything else, confidence, communication, and career, begins to align naturally. My coaching bridges the gap between inner awareness and outer expression, helping you live, communicate, and lead in a way that feels deeply congruent and true to who you are.
